Factory direct (otherwise referred to as Indent orders) enables you countless options either to fully customize a standard promotional product or get a one off product for your specific requirements.  The lead time is usually 8-10 weeks but there are great savings to be made by planning ahead.  Minimum quantities do apply, and vary depending on the product.
