Frequently Asked Questions

For embroidery we will require your logo as a JPG. For most other forms of printing we will need your logo as a vectorised (editable) eps or ai file.

If we need to make your logo into a vectorised file we will need to get our Graphic Designer to do this and will need to charge for their time.  We will be able to provide you with a quote for this once we've seen the artwork.

Yes.  Give us a call or email us to discuss your requirements and we can put together a quote for designing something for you.

Yes, we will always supply a digital proof for you to sign off on prior to us going to production.

The minimum order quantities are displayed on each product page alongside the first 'select' box.

In most cases we will have your order to you within 10-15 working days, however if you have an urgent job please let us know as we're always happy to accommodate short leadtimes where we can.  For custom made products we need to indent these (produce them offshore) so the leadtime are then likely to be 12-14 weeks.

We will send you an invoice which includes our bank details for payment via direct credit.  We are also able to accept credit card payments (additional surcharge applies)

We prefer to quote on a case by case basis as it's very hard to give accurate pricing on the website when everyones requirements are different e.g. a one colour logo on 100 tote bags is going to be cheaper than a four colour logo on 100 tote bags.  Our aim is to get your quote back quickly to you which is specific to your requirements in terms of your branding, quantity required etc.

Yes, anything is possible however to custom make products the minimum order quantities can be quite high.  If you have something in mind please let us know and we will speak to the offshore factory and advise on the minimum order quantities and lead time.

Of course!  Send through as much information as you can (e.g. what the event is, who the item will be given to, how many you require and your budget) and we'll put some ideas together for you. 

Yes, we can send out unbranded samples.  We will charge for the product + freight.  We are happy to take the cost of the sample (excluding freight) off your next order.
